1988 GROUPE INTRA CREATION

Groupe INTRA was created by the three French nuclear operators.

EDF, CEA and COGEMA, on the 12th of July 1988 for a period of 10 years.

This period has been extended a first time for 5 years.

This period has been extended for 2013

From 1988 to 1995, Groupe INTRA was situated on the CEA site at Fontenay aux Roses, near Paris.
Since July 1,1995, it has been situated on the industrial site of the EDF Chinon nuclear power plant in Avoine (France).
